Natacha Flohr

Principal Physiotherapist | Director of practice

Experience the pinnacle of care with Natacha, a seasoned practitioner with 20 years of dedicated service in private practice, predominantly on the vibrant Central Coast. Before establishing herself on the Central Coast in 2007, she honed her craft for 2 years in Canberra in a private practice setting. Her passion lies in vestibular physiotherapy, specialising in the intricate management of dizzy conditions, vertigo, and concussion.

She has undertaken a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine and is a fully qualified Dry Needling Therapist and Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. Natacha is experienced in team sports (football, soccer, netball and volleyball) as well as individual sports (running, cycling, athletics and tennis).

Her skills also include fascial manipulation and visceral manipulation having trained with the Barral Institute of Australia. She attempts to keep up to date with the latest evidence-based research and uses the tools available to achieve improved outcomes for every patient.

She thoroughly enjoys snowboarding, having travelled to multiple countries to pursue this hobby. More recently, she has found mountain bike riding, especially downhill riding to be one of her favourite hobbies. In her leisure hours, she also enjoys stand-up paddleboarding, surfing, or taking runs along the beach. Rhys Mullens

Physiotherapist

MPhtySt, BCoachSc, Grad Cert Musc & Sports Phty, APAM

Rhys graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Queensland in 2010. He also holds coaching qualifications with a major in sport science.

Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in various private practice clinics and with notable sporting teams, including the Central Coast Mariners. Rhys has also contributed his expertise to elite ski teams across Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, primarily in coaching, strength and conditioning roles.

His special interests lie in Vestibular Rehabilitation/Cervicogenic associated Dizziness, Persistent Pain and Complex Cases management, and sports injuries and rehabilitation.

Rhys is dedicated to providing excellent care to his patients.

In his free time, he enjoys activities like mountain biking, snow skiing, and surfing.

Breanna

Receptionist

Breanna, a lifelong resident of the Central Coast, brings a wealth of experience from her background in Community Pharmacy to her role at North Kincumber Physiotherapy.

With a passion for customer service, Breanna is eager to extend a warm welcome to all visitors at the clinic.

Outside of work, she enjoys kickboxing, taking leisurely walks with her two beloved dogs, and spending time with her family.

Maree

Receptionist

Maree has lived most of her life on the Central Coast. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing within a range of industries and has an unwavering commitment to customer service.

In her spare time, she enjoys boot camp, yoga, the beach and family get-togethers.
